The DCP JROTC program was established in 2013. From the start, the program, like many others, has one mission in mind.

“To motivate young people to become better citizens .”

Throughout the course, cadets gain leadership and communication skills. It also teaches confidence, self-discipline, and making cadets aware if the benefits of citizenship.
